Types of presentation:

  • Individual - 15-20 minutes`
  • Workshops - no more than 90 minutes
  • Conference poster (maximum 90cm x120cm)


The preparation of abstract: 

The abstract should include: a title, author (s), name of the institution which author (s) represents and should contain no more than 200 words and five keywords - separated. The abstract should be written in Times New Roman, 12 point.

The official languages of the conference are English and Russian.


Sending of the presentation

Please note: Participants are not required to submit a full text of the presentation before the Conference.

Presentation proposal / abstract should be submitted using the conference website or sent directly to the organizers’ address: The State School of Higher Education in Chełm, 54 Pocztowa Street, 22-100 Chełm, POLAND (In case of problems with the on line submission).


Deadline for the submission of abstract expires 28.02.2014.

Deadline for the submission of full presentation expires 15.06.2014.


All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee of the Conference and authors will be notified of their acceptance until 31.03.2014 or possible request to complement  or clarify certain issues.

The Scientific Committee reserves the right to language edit for the purpose of linguistic correctness.

To ensure a high level of the publication, the Scientific Committee may ask the author to complement the presentation or abstract or to incorporate small language revisions (the author will be asked for consent to incorporate revisions).


Final approval must be completed until 31.03.2014.


Everyone who submits the abstract agrees to: 

  • The publication of the Abstract Book,
  • Is required and asked to bring a copy on another storage media,
  • Presentation on the Conference website,
  • being recorded, filmed during the speech or  inserting photographic or film materials on the Conference website or post-conference publications, 


We really ask to remember the following: 

  • Only materials which previously have not  been published and those that are not plagiarism of another work or presentation can be presented during the conference 
  • Recipients of presentation will be people to whom English or Russian are not  mother tongues
  • All presenting are required to take a copy of the presentation in a paper form in case of unexpected technical problems,
  • All presenting are required to check and prepare the presentation on presentation day and to install their own equipment (if such will be brought) before the session during which they present,
  • The organizers do not provide internet  connection in session rooms 
  • The presentation must be submitted in accordance with the abstract,
  • All presenting are asked to strictly adhere to  the specified, by the organizers, speaking time of presentation.


Equipment in session rooms :

  • Every computer in session rooms will be equipped with MS Windows operating system and all presenting are asked to prepare all presentations compatible with MS Office/OpenOffice/LibreOffice application.
  • Other necessary applications will be only at the  request (if available) after prior contact with the organizers,
